Orders and prices
Please review your selected garment sizes, quantity, delivery address and checkout total before paying. Where an offer includes two garments, check the size selected for each item. Prices and the checkout currency are shown before payment. Any applicable taxes or delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Discounts apply subject to the conditions shown with the offer.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable order.
Delivery and tracking
Our fulfillment supplier ships orders directly to customers. Read our Shipping policy for delivery information. You can follow your order using the link in your order or shipping confirmation, or by signing in through Track order. Tracking updates depend on the carrier receiving and scanning your parcel.
Returns and problems with an order
Our voluntary return offer covers unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and refund policy for the process. This offer does not limit any mandatory cancellation, warranty or other consumer rights. Contact support about damaged, faulty or incorrect items, including where the packaging has been opened.
Product use
Check the size guide before ordering and follow the garment care label. Height and weight ranges are suggested fit guidance, not exact garment measurements. Fit can vary with body proportions and personal preference. Colours may appear different depending on your screen and lighting.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights; permission may be required to reuse it.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. If a provision conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law takes precedence. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights relating to an existing order.
