Dispatch

Cozy Energy orders are shipped directly by our fulfillment supplier. We offer same-day dispatch. Dispatch means your order is sent for delivery; it does not mean same-day delivery.

FREE SHIPPING INCLUDED

Online orders qualify for our automatic free-shipping offer with no minimum order value, for destinations served by our store. No code is needed. Available destinations, shipping options and the final order total are shown at checkout. The offer currently cannot be combined with other discounts.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Contact support@cozyenergy.store for the current estimate for your destination before ordering if timing is important to you.

When tracking is added to your order, use the link in your shipping confirmation or sign in through Track order to see your order status. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan. Same-day dispatch does not guarantee a delivery date.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before placing an order. Email us promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
