Cozy Energy, operated by HR development LLC, accepts change-of-mind return requests within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging, with all included items and attached tags. We do not accept opened or used products under this voluntary return offer.
How to request a return
Email support@cozyenergy.store with your order number and the items you want to return, or submit a request through your customer account. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send a parcel to the dispatch address on the package without checking with us first.
Return postage
Customers pay return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns. Keep proof of postage and use a tracked service. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before paying for or sending a return so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
We will inspect returned items and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. We will process refunds within any applicable legal time limits.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact support with your order number and details of the problem. The unopened-product condition does not remove your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods, including where opening the package was necessary to discover the issue.
Mandatory consumer rights
This 30-day offer is additional to any cancellation, withdrawal, guarantee or other rights provided by applicable law. Where a legal right applies, it takes precedence over our voluntary return conditions. The unopened condition applies only to our voluntary 30-day offer. It does not remove any statutory right to inspect or try on clothing. Where applicable, EU/EEA customers have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for online purchases, subject to the conditions provided by law.
